Produced a series of social functions in conjunction with the week long annual scientific meeting, including a Welcome Reception for 2,000 – 4,000 guests, and multiple receptions and dinners for 200-1,000 guests. Production coordination included extensive food and beverage participation, multiple entertainment acts, decor, and venue selection.
The annual meeting is held in a different city each year nation wide.
