LIVESTREAM YOUR EVENT
Our preferred vendor for livestream hosting is VIMEO. The production will appear on the MobileCause
fundraising platform and after an approximately 24-hour delay the archive version of the stream will
appear in the same location. W&A will be responsible for all aspects of the livestream production.
PRE-EVENT
- Set-up Vimeo account and livestream key
- Collect and organize all graphic assets
- Work with client to create a cohesive message throughout the livestream and fundraising campaign
- Work with film team to create pitch and programmatic videos and/or feature length pre-recorded event
- Our preferred film team is Citizen Film
- Create and manage Run-Of-Show (ROS)
- Set-up and manage event website (with payment processing
- With option for management of the crowdfunding campaign
- Create an engaging event experience with in-home participation (cocktail kits, swag bags, etc)
- Book venue and technical crew
- Work with your marketing team to create a comprehensive marketing plan
- Plan stage design and decor
LIVE EVENT
On the night of the event W&A will manage everything from set-up through livestream execution and archival re-broadcast.
- Direct and Stage Manage the program
- Livestream venue and stage set-up: stage decor, lighting, sound check, etc.
- Graphic asset management: video playback, transitions, remote call ins, graphic overlays, lower thirds, etc.
- Talent management
- Live donation and progress bar management
- Registration management
- Chat management
- Text messaging plan activation
- Pre/Post ad-hoc events: VIP virtual party rooms, donor reception, staff afterparty… let’s get creative!
